How can I delete my R'ket account?
Here's what will happen after your account has been deleted.
Your past saved favorite, and playlist will be lost.
You will no longer have access to your old account.
Your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
If you still wish to proceed with deleting your account, you have two easy options to delete your account:
Submit a Ticket through Our Help Portal:
Visit help.r-ket.app.
Navigate to the 'Submit a Ticket' section right-footer conner button.
Fill out the form with your request to delete your account. Please include any relevant details or concerns you may have.
Submit the form, and our support team will process your request promptly.
Direct Email:
If you prefer, you can directly send us an email at [email protected].
Please include "Account Delete Request" in the subject line to ensure swift processing.
In the body of the email, kindly provide us with your user details and any specific data usage concerns or requests.
If you've changed your mind, you can not restore your R'ket account after it was deleted.
